The Illustration process

Consultation

An initial consultation call will be scheduled via zoom/ phone/ coffee (if you are in London)

Quote

We will provide a quote based on the complexity of your illustration/design and additional costs covered to complete the work.

Illustration & Design

Upon agreement with your quote, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your space and start work along with a signed agreement to terms and conditions sent. Initial draft sketches will be produced to incorporate all details and concepts as discussed. Once you are happy with the draft and direction we will then resume detailed work on the piece. All proofs at this stage will be sent digitally as part of the collaborative process.

Printing

Once you are happy and approve of the final print proof, the remainder of the balance will be due so that we can send to printing along with any additional touches requested.

Delivery

Et Voila, the process is complete. It takes up to 2-3 weeks for the printing and delivery.

Printing

We offer both printing and digital images. I am able to provide giclee printing, hot foil blocking, and letterpress.

Timeframes

For bespoke illustrations & design please try to get in touch 6-8 weeks prior to starting the design process to secure your design space. The timeframe is dependant on the amount of work, level of detail, editing, printing process and our schedule.
